This annual event is the largest trade show of its kind in the world. Thales has participated for 18 years. It is my responsibility to design the booth space with our corporate global services division, work with the demo team to define demonstration areas with equipment, manage customer invitations and appointments, hotel room block for Thales employees, organize the preshow training for booth staff, organize a customer event and manage shipping, booth build and tear down.

This is an annual inflight entertainment industry specific, members only trade show. Thales has participated for more than 30 years. My involvement and responsibilities are the same as the annual Aircraft Interiors Expo.

In the process of redesigning demonstration inflight entertainment equipment displays. Coordinate with exhibit house to design and update the graphics and branding. Working with the demo team to ensure up-to-date Graphical User Interfaces GUI and videos are loaded. Team with Boeing staff in Seattle to create a compelling display for their customer gallery and showroom.

Organize numrous domestic and international meetings and events for customers and employees annually. Maintain budget for meeting while meeting stakeholders goals for each event.
